Airfare Alert: One Day Left to Snag Tickets to Europe and Within the U.S.

We thought these airfare deals were too good to pass up, even if there's only just one day left to book. They expire tomorrow, October 8.

The tagline for United’s Europe sale is “follow your dreams,” so if you’re looking to fulfill a fantasy of traveling across the Atlantic, here’s your shot. Discounted routes depart from 9 different U.S. cities October 13 and December 11, including New York, Boston, Atlanta, Houston, and Washington, D.C. Some roundtrip fares available through the sale are $451 between Newark and Oslo (December 4-11) and $603 between Boston and Oslo (November 14-21). A Sunday night stay is required.

For those who are more interested in Stateside travel, JetBlue’s Up and Autumn sale is offering a 20 percent discount on the base fare for all domestic flights -- as well as a 15 percent discount for international flights -- for travel from October 14 through December 17. We love this deal because unlike others from this airline, it's good for one-way as well as roundtrip flights. For a taste of what's on offer: Fly roundtrip from New York’s LaGuardia Airport to Orlando (December 2-8) for around $188, or get to Nassau and back (October 30 through November 6) for around $395. Blackout dates include all Fridays and Saturdays, November, November 8, and November 20 through December 1.
