This offer is valid for stays through April 20, 2018 when you book before January 31, 2018. Use the offer code “TEN” during checkout on the Graduate Hotels web site to receive this deal. A two-night minimum stay is required, and room upgrades are subject to availability.
Graduate Hotels’ tenth location, Graduate Minneapolis, joins hotels in Berkeley, Athens, Ann Arbor, Madison, Oxford, Tempe, Charlottesville, Lincoln, and Richmond. Most properties are situated at the heart of these college towns, so they’re perfectly situated if you have plans on campus.
Rates vary by property, but we found rooms for about $100 per night in Charlottesville, $125 in Minneapolis, $130 in Richmond, and $146 in Berkeley. With the $10 offer applied on a two-night stay, this brings the nightly rates down to $55, $68, $70, and $78 per night, respectively.
Each property is designed to emulate a collegiate vibe. Look for room keys that look like school IDs, and appropriate school colors throughout. Keep an eye peeled for portraits of famous alumni or a nostalgic snack on the menu. Complimentary WiFi, Malin + Goetz bathroom amenities, and 24-hour fitness centers are standard, and this pet-friendly chain offers dog owners a complimentary BarkBox, a bowl, and pet blanket.
