Planning a trip to Miami? If so, consider a stay at Hotel Greystone, which opened in 2021 following a major refurbishment of the historic Art Deco building in which it occupies. Situated in the heart of South Beach, this adults-only property offers eclectic on-site restaurants, a rooftop pool, and easy beach access.

What You Need to Know

The Look of Hotel Greystone

It's All in the Details

Hotel Greystone is housed in a historic Art Deco building that dates back to 1939. Its striking facade features iconic rounded corners and porthole windows. Inside, the bright and airy lobby is an excellent spot for mixing, mingling, and sipping coffee from the complimentary breakfast cart.

Accommodations are sleek and modern with a beachy twist. The platform beds are covered with crisp white linens, and a backlit headboard provides just enough light to bring some warmth into the room. All rooms feature Malin + Goetz Botanicals bath amenities and an in-room tablet that can be used for everything from ordering room service to playing music.

The Vibe at Hotel Greystone

The hotel’s central South Beach location and retro-esque vibe draw in adults of all ages; however, younger adults will find Hotel Greystone to be the most appealing with its Instagrammable lobby and rooftop pool. And, since the hotel does not allow children, you're free to let loose, relax, and sip cocktails.

The Greystone Jazz Bar is a far departure from the typical Miami club scene. The dimly lit bar is known for its live piano player that tickles the ivory keys while guests sip on cocktails. Later in the evening, a live DJ replaces the pianist, though the mood is still laidback and relaxed.
