If Eat, Pray, Love inspired you to set out on some soul-searching globe-trotting, Iberia’s fall fare offers are the perfect excuse to go for it. The airline has chopped rates from New York to some of its namesake peninsula’s dreamy destinations (Lisbon, Barcelona, Pamplona, Rome), as well as to a handful of exhilarating cities sprinkled throughout the rest of the European mainland (Paris, Warsaw, Zurich). Prices are moderate throughout the fall season, but the steepest discounts hit in November, when round-trip rates to Lisbon dip down to $623 (including taxes and fees), about $100 less than similar flights on TAP Portugal and American, and flights to Naples go for only $647, compared to $794 on Air France. Across the continent, rates hover between $650 and $727 for trips to cities in Denmark, Ireland, Italy, and more.

Sample fares from New York (round-trip, including taxes and fees):

•    Lisbon: $623
•    Naples: $647
•    Tenerife: $633
•    Palma de Mallorca: $635
•    Ibiza: $704
•    And more!

THE VALUE: Flights to somewhat off-the-path destinations, like Naples and Seville, are as much as $150 less than competing fares.

THE CATCH: Even though you’re hopping the pond, prices still spike Thanksgiving weekend (November 26–28).

THE DETAILS: To book your flight, go to www.iberia.com and search for offers from New York City.
