The six restaurants and four other bars are equally chic, and options range from a haute French eatery to an al fresco, all-day bistro offering sweeping ocean vistas. 

The rooms and suites evoke a sense of calm with sleek design elements and a soothing neutral color palette. Bonus: Most face the ocean, and all offer sumptuous double Jacuzzi tubs for relaxing soaks. If we had to sum up the vibe here, we’d go with easy breezy. All guests are privy to butler service, which will help with booking reservations, pressing garments, and even drawing baths. 

A trip to the Aura Spa is an obvious must, for the hydrotherapy ritual alone; however, we recommend indulging in signature treatments such as the Mayan-inspired Kukulkan massage and the citrus facial. Pre- or post-spa, soak up the sun at one of three pools, including a main infinity pool overlooking the ocean and a smaller one on the third floor, complete with equally impressive views albeit a quieter, more laid-back ambiance. While the resort is not at all sceney, the lagoon-style pool, which offers a swim-up bar and activities like water aerobics, aqua spinning, and water polo, can get quite buzzy.
