Norwegian Cruise Line is expanding the popular Margaritaville at Sea restaurant to two more ships this fall. The restaurant, which debuted on Norwegian Escape in 2015, will be added to Norwegian Getaway and Norwegian Breakaway as part of a $400 million fleet upgrade.
As on Norwegian Escape, the new restaurants will have an a la carte menu, including favorites like fish tacos and conch fritters, as well as the Cheeseburger in Paradise. And, of course, you can pair these with a Who's to Blame margarita.
Maragritaville at Sea is set to open on September 18 on Norwegian Getaway (replacing the Flamingo Grill ) and on October 9 on Norwegian Breakaway (replacing the Uptown Grill). The New York-based Norwegian Breakaway sails Caribbean itineraries year-round. Norwegian Getaway is currently based in Miami doing Western Caribbean itineraries. In summer 2017, the ship will reposition to Europe to sail Baltic itineraries out of Copenhagen.
