While access to the private beach is available to all Mansion guests any time of year, the same does not hold true for those staying in The Villages: Only those staying in villas or two- to three-bedroom units in The Villages have access to the private beach, and only between Labor Day and Indigenous People’s Day (the second Monday in October). Otherwise, there’s a complimentary Beach Shuttle to Crosby Landing Beach.
