Oceania Cruises' fleet of six ships visits more than 330 ports around the world, and now passengers can sample more local cuisine on board. The line has introduced a new tapas-style menu that incorporates traditional dishes and flavors from along each cruise's itinerary.
The dishes will be added to the buffet-style Terrace Cafe during dinner, in addition to the usual spread offered at the alfresco restaurant. The specific dishes being offered each night will depend on where the ship is cruising at the time. In Italy, for example, you may see crostini topped with air-cured bresaola and gorgonzola. In Thailand there could be a watermelon salad with cashews and sweet chili, while in India the menu could include samosas with a raita sauce.
