Tulum is what most think of when they picture a perfect beach escape: Palm-fringed beaches, bamboo-lined paths that meander through thick jungle, and a boho-chic aesthetic that blends hippie and high-end. Even better, it's super close to natural and manmade wonders like the Sian Kaan Muyil floating canals or Chichén Itzá ruins. No wonder it's a bustling beach town. But for those seeking a more serene escape, there's the adult-only Radhoo Tulum, a small boutique hotel that sits right on the edge of the jungle and offers a quiet oasis to retreat to at the end of the day.

What You Need to Know

The Look of Radhoo Tulum

It's All in the Details

Radhoo Tulum is nestled along the edge of a jungle and is composed of thatched-roof buildings surrounding a large, jungle-shaded pool. Each of the 14 guest rooms is enveloped by flora and highlights local craftsmanship (think: chum plant resin-washed walls and woven ceilings). All rooms have a king-sized bed with breezy white canopies. Guests may have a view of the lush garden or the dense jungle, as well as a private terrace or large hammock that juts out over the side of the terrace.

The Vibe at Radhoo Tulum

The hotel oozes bohemian-chic. Its location on the edge of the Tulum jungle gives it a serene, almost mystical vibe. Guests generally hang out by the stunning pool and make use of the poolside lounge (the Colorada cocktail, a mix of tequila, rum, pineapple, and Prosecco, is a favorite) or enjoy treatments like cacao wraps and sound-healing sessions at the spa.

Who Will Love Radhoo Tulum

Adults (the hotel is only for guests aged 18 and up) looking for a quiet retreat where the party scene fades into the distance and relaxation is the sole focus will love this hotel.

Best Amenity at Radhoo Tulum

The outdoor pool — said to be one of the largest in Tulum — is a big bonus here. Since the property isn't on the beach, this is where guests tend to gather during the day. It's shaded by the jungle canopy and features a large deck with loungers and straw parasols.

For those who need their beach fix, Radhoo guests have access to the beaches at the hotel's nearby sister properties, Encantada and NEST Tulum.
