The Hottest Cruise Deals of the Week

by  Kayla Becker | Apr 4, 2017

We searched high and low for the best cruise deals of the week and found seven with incredible value, starting as low as $199 (yep, you read that right). So, whether your sights are set on the palm-fringed islands of the Caribbean, the towering glaciers of Alaska, or any bucket list destination in between, here are the ones to snap up before they’re gone.

$199 3-night Baja Mexico Cruise
It doesn’t get much cheaper than this short and sweet cruise on Carnival Imagination, which takes you to the shores of Baja, California. Bonus: The line is offering up to $750 in onboard credit on this sailing, depending on which cabin you book, and how much you spend.
Departs: December 7
Itinerary: Long Beach, Ensenada, Long Beach

$399 7-night Bahamas Cruise
Adults can book two-for-one fare on this cruise with MSC Divina, and kids under 11 sail free. The 3,502-passenger ship, which normally draws a mix of European and American passengers, celebrates Italy on board with an Eataly steakhouse and poolside gelato, and also has a water park, theater, and spa.
Departs: September 2
Itinerary: Miami; Philipsburg, St. Maarten; San Juan, Puerto Rico; Nassau, Bahamas; Miami

$499 4-night Cuba Cruise
There’s a lot of built-in value on this sailing on Norwegian Sky. Unlike most other mainstream cruises, you can take advantage of an open bar, as well as a $50 onboard credit. The itinerary includes an overnight in Havana as well as a day on the line’s private island.
Departs: May 29
Itinerary: Miami, Havana, Cuba, Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas; Miami, Florida

$599 7-night Alaska Inside Passage Cruise
Sure, you can see Alaska on many cruise lines, but we like Holland America for its upscale digs. You’ll sail on a recently renovated ship, Eurodam, which has new live music venues that partner with Lincoln Center and Billboard, plus one of the best steakhouses at sea. The line is also offering $50 onboard credit and up to $1,700 cash back, depending on the cabin category you select.
Departs: April 29
Itinerary: Seattle, Juneau, Glacier Bay, Sitka, Ketchikan, Victoria, Seattle

$799 17-night Panama Canal Cruise
For about $47 per person, per night, you can sail through Panama's man-made wonder on Norwegian Pearl, seeing plenty of wildlife-life rich rainforest and sunny beaches along the way. You can also choose from up to five offers (including access to an unlimited open bar, specialty dining, shore excursions, Wi-Fi, or fare for an extra stateroom guest).
Departs: April 20
Itinerary: Miami; Cartagena, Columbia; Puntarenas, Costa Rica; Corinto, Nicaragua; Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala, Acapulco, Mexico; Cabo San Lucas (Mexico); Los Angeles (California), Seattle

$449 5-night Eastern Caribbean Cruise
Snag an oceanview stateroom on Celebrity Summit — a stylish ship from Celebrity Cruises — and sail to the sunny Caribbean this fall. If you book early, you can also get up to $1,700 onboard credit and a choice of two to four amenities, depending on how much you spend.
Departs: October 22
Itinerary: Bayonne, New Jersey; Philipsburg, St. Maarten; Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas; San Juan, Puerto Rico

$1,854 (2 for 1 fare) 7-night Danube River cruise
See three countries in Europe and five ports on this cruise on Viking River longship, Viking Ve. This is the price for two guests under the line’s special offer “2 for 1 fare,” and includes discounted airfare from $395, and up to $400 shipboard credit. As always, the fare on Viking also includes complimentary alcohol during meals, Wi-Fi, and all excursions.
