7 of the Most-Taken Travel Photos

We all think our particular pose with the Leaning Tower of Pisa is so unique – but truth is, it's been done before. We've tracked down seven of the most-taken travel photos. Have you done them all? Probably.

1. Holding up the Leaning Tower of Pisa (or doing inappropriate things to it)
Leaning against it, kicking it, using it as a phallic object, they've all been done before. Sure, you could go up in the tower, but why do that when you can just pose with it?

2. Mimicking Christ the Redeemer
The likes of Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, and even Usain Bolt have all posed with Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

3. Walking across Abbey Road
You know that a place is really popular when it makes it into a sketch on The Simpsons. Our only disclaimer? Don't try this one alone – have someone take the photo for you while you do the walk. It's still a functioning street, after all.

4. Kissing or riding the Great Sphinx of Giza
This popular tourist spot is just asking to be posed with.

5. Holding up or squishing the Eiffel Tower
Personally, I'm a fan of the good old supporting-the-Eiffel-Tower shot, but they've all been done. We dare you to do something new!

6. Posing as the Statue of Liberty
My parents even bought me this crown when I was a kid to pose with the statue. The photo just wouldn't be complete without it, now would it?

7. Doing unmentionable things to the Wall Street Bull (the Charging Bull)
I shouldn't include a photo to go along with this. Let's just say it involves the backside of the bull. 'Nuff said.

What did I miss on this list? Tell me in the comments and I'll track those photos down for another post!
