80% of culinary ingredients at this new ski resort are sourced from within 65 miles of the property — which, given Quebec's wildly disparate four seasons, is quite impressive. La Chocolatería — which serves up nearly too-cute-to-eat chocolate treats — is helmed by acclaimed chocolatier and pastry chef Mao Montiel. The unique concept, which doubles as an art gallery, is located inside the adults-only La Casa de la Playa by Xcaret in Riviera Maya.
