Before becoming a luxury resort, Half Moon was known as the Rose Hall Sugar Plantation. Sugar Mill — a fine-dining concept tucked into a former sugar mill — pays homage to Jamaica's flavorful cuisine and vibrant culture and is part of the resort's all-inclusive dining plan.
