I never know where to start upon arriving at this never-crowded lounge reserved for first class and top Oneworld elite status cardholders: Should I make an appointment for a complimentary massage or head straight to the restaurant? Regardless of what I do first, I always end up in the library in the back corner to work and watch the planes with a barista-made coffee in hand. The runway views are front and center (and a constant reminder that you have to board soon), while the curving architecture and modern design seem plucked from the pages of Architectural Digest. As for that clicking sound in the background — it’s coming from an old-fashioned flight departure board, which is always a huge hit with passengers.
