This year marks Singapore’s 50^th year of independence, and the country is going all out with its festivities. Travelers are reaping the benefits of the occasion, too. Take for instance the 50 Days of Special Airfares promotion from Singapore Airlines. With it, round-trip flights in economy to select Asian cities are priced from $850 for travel between this September 1 and May 31, 2016 – just book by September 27.
Travelers can depart from New York’s JFK Airport, Los Angeles (LAX), or San Francisco (SFO) and fly to a dozen destinations like Singapore, Bangkok, Manila, Hanoi, or Jakarta.
Here’s a look at some sample fares:
- $850 from JFK to Singapore, departing February 8, 2016 and returning February 15, 2016
- $900 from SFO to Manila, departing November 10 and returning November 17
- $880 from LAX to Bangkok, departing September 23 and returning September 29
