App Update: HotelTonight's Deals Get Even Deeper

One of our favorite money-saving travel apps, HotelTonight, which lets you book last-minute hotel rooms at steep discounts, is introducing some new features today: Bonus Rate and Rate Drop. These updates will give travelers even better last-minute hotel deals.

How The App Works:

HotelTonight’s platform gives hoteliers real-time control over pricing -- allowing them to drop rates when they have rooms to fill. The hotel can quickly modify prices and sell rooms up to 2 a.m., giving users a great deal.

The New Feature:

The two new features will offer limited-time deals that are only available to HotelTonight users, and will allow the deepest of discounts. Here, you'll find hotel rates discounted up to 40 percent off of the already reduced pricing. You'll see Bonus Rates appear up to seven days in advance, and Rate Drop deals on same-day offers starting at 3 p.m.. Think of it as a discount on top of a discount -- something that we definitely won't argue with.

Users can download the app for free on iPhone, Ipad, Windows Phone and Tablet, and any Android device.
