If you're pining for a late spring or early summer trip, we have good news: May and early June are still considered shoulder season in many destinations -- meaning there are plenty of travel deals to be had. Whether you're into the desert, the beach, or the city, here are seven hotel deals that are perfect for an easy getaway.

From $102: Hotel Valley Ho (Scottsdale, AZ)
From May 1 to September 30, this hip, 1950s-inspired property is offering 25 percent off stays of three nights or more with the Stay Longer for Less promotion. The cheapest rates are in May and June, from $102 to $115 in a signature double room; we found those for the nights of June 4 to 6. That's a steal when considering rates earlier in the year were starting at $379.

From $119: Le Méridien Chambers Minneapolis (Minneapolis, MN)
Book two nights between Thursday and Sunday, and you'll get the second night for 40 percent off with the Better Tomorrows deal. For the nights of May 26 and 27 (the start of Memorial Day weekend), classic rooms with a king or queen bed start at $149 per night -- meaning, you can get a second night stay for $89, which would bring your average nightly rate down to $119. Book using the promo code ZB4. Note: Your room key grants you free admission to Walker Art Center (normally $14) through the hotel’s Unlock Art program.

From $157: The Marker (San Francisco, CA)
Through May 30, this brand-new boutique hotel is offering a savings of 20 percent on stays of two nights or more (Thursday through Monday) with the Spring Into San Francisco Savings package. The nights of May 8 and 9 have the lowest rate of the period, with queen rooms priced from $157, while the rest of the available dates start at $215.

From $212: Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa (Jupiter, FL)
Here's one for starry-eyed travelers: The Jupiter Stargazers package, at this posh resort overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, shaves 20 percent off stays through September 30 and includes daily breakfast, two cocktails, and use of the resort’s telescopes for stargazing. Rates through May and June start at $212.50 for partial view double rooms.

From $330: Fulton Lane Inn (Charleston, SC)
Get ready for a ton of sightseeing with this property's Discover Charleston package, available through June 19. Priced from $660 for a two-night stay in a queen- or king-size bed room, it includes a carriage ride for two through downtown Charleston’s historic district ($50 value); a tour of the plantation or gardens at Middleton Place, Drayton Hall, or Fort Sumter ($39 to $56 value); and a tour of Heyward Washington or Joseph Manigault House ($24 value). Although you're technically paying about $80 per night extra for the package -- since regular rates are from $249 -- the extras valued between $113 and $130 justify the extra cost.

From $199: Half Moon, A RockResort (Montego Bay, Jamaica)
While the property itself isn't all-inclusive, the Ultimate Summer Getaway package includes amenities that you'd usually find at all-inclusive resorts -- like three daily meals, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (including wine by the glass), and roundtrip airport transfers. Throughout May and June, a three-night minimum stay is priced from $199 per night for a deluxe room with a garden view.

40 percent off at Triumph Hotels (New York, NY)
Mark your calendars: Triumph Hotels, a collection of seven properties in New York City, will host the Seize Your Summer 24-hour flash sale beginning at midnight on April 26. It offers up to 40 percent off stays through December 31 --  plus you'll get free WiFi and a late check-out. As an example, the June rates at Midtown's Hotel Iroquois normally run $270 per night, but the 40 percent would bring it down to $162.
