Keep reading to learn more about the hotel and all that it has to offer.

What You Need to Know

The Look of Hotel Van Zandt

It's All in the Details

Hotel Van Zandt was tailor-made for the Live Music Capital of the World: Inspired by country music legend Townes Van Zandt, musical touches are all over the hotel — from a French horn chandelier to vintage posters and art made of vinyl records. The hotel also boasts a stunning rooftop pool on the fourth floor, where loungers, umbrellas, tables, and a bar are all waiting for guests to take a load off. The pool comes with complimentary towel service, sunscreen, and aloe, and there are cabanas you can rent that have their own flat-screen TV and fridge. Rooms at the hotel are modern and sleek, done up in shades of gray and dark blue, but with playful touches of Texas twang. Standard queen rooms feature two queen beds with plush Frette bedding, a 42-inch LED television, and a small sitting area. Rooms designated as “spa rooms” are larger and feature a bathroom with a deep soaking tub. Most rooms also have large picture windows that show off the Austin skyline.

The Vibe of Hotel Van Zandt

The vibe here is pretty cool. Made for music lovers, Hotel Van Zandt has an amenity fee that covers nightly live music in the on-site restaurant, Geraldine's, which always feels like the place to be for visitors and locals alike. The hotel also has a vinyl rental program where guests can rent an in-room record player and spin tunes that are curated by the hotel’s team.

Who Will Love Hotel Van Zandt
