JetBlue Touches Down in Punta Cana

added yet another sandy stop to its rapidly expanding roster last week, when it launched nonstop routes to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic; the inaugural flights took off from New York City’s JFK airport May 6 and Boston’s Logan airport (BOS) May 8. As any beach connoisseur knows, the budget carrier’s 15th international destination (and fourth stop in the Dominican Republic) boasts azure waters, white-sand beaches, and hot, dry temps. Now, sun worshippers can leave daily from New York and each Saturday from Boston (a second, seasonal flight from Boston will take off on Wednesdays, starting July 7).
