Ever wonder what the most luxurious flying experience would be like? We're guessing this one, from Qatar Airways, might set a new standard. The airline has just revealed its new business class product, and it's designed for ultimate comfort -- and togetherness. This highly-anticipated update is called the "QSuite" and it features the airline's first-ever seating configuration that works for a party of four. When passengers want to grab some shuteye, adjacent seats can also fold down into a lie-flat double bed. The QSuite offers privacy panels to completely enclose passengers, but they can also be stowed so that colleagues, friends, or family in adjoining seats can create their own private room. Movable TV monitors allow your group the ability to transform the space into a private suite for work, dining, and easy socializing.
Qatar Airways' "dine on demand service" will also now include sharing dishes that can be ordered throughout the flight, allowing travelers to turn in-flight dining into a social -- almost restaurant-like -- experience. QSuite guests will receive cotton sleeper suits from The White Company, and luggage brand BRIC’S will provide bespoke amenity kits featuring products from Italy’s Castello Monte Vibiano Vecchio.
The QSuite will fully replace Qatar Airways' current business class configuration, and will it roll out first on flights between Doha and London, Paris, and New York -- though it may be difficult to tell during booking if you'll be flying in the old set up or the new. We found round-trip business class flights on Qatar Airways between London and Doha for $1,860 through 2017; from $1,630 between Doha and Paris; and for $3,700 between New York and Doha.
