Love burgers? We've got a tip for you. Perhaps you have heard of the In-N-Out burger chain's "secret" off-menu items, but it turns out that several cruise ships have their own hidden dish. If you are sailing on the Carnival Liberty, Carnival Breeze, or Carnival Freedom out of Galveston, head to Celebrity Chef Guy Fieri's Guy's Burger Joint and ask for the Big Tex. What, you don't see it on the menu? That's because it's a secret. A very juicy secret.

The saying "everything is bigger in Texas" certainly applies to the off-menu selection. The Big Tex is a behemoth double burger stacked high with Lone Star State-inspired toppings, including tortilla strips and roasted green chili salsa, plus tv personality's signature donkey sauce. The burger patties also get special treatment, and are steamed in chicken stock along with melted cheese.

Even better: Just like all of the offerings at Guy's Burger Joint, there's no additional charge for the towering concoction.
